VeRotool has a great reason to celebrate: For exactly 40 years we have been working hard for you and against wear. We would have loved to celebrate this with you personally, but our planned anniversary celebration fell victim to the Corona Pandemic.

Numerous exhibitors and visitors have visited last week the seminar from VDBUM in Willingen to get news about innovations and to follow some interesting presentations. We had a stand on-site and presented our company and product programme.

With more than 620.000 visitors Bauma 2019 generates the best result ever.

Our new website has been completed just in time for the beginning of the bauma 2019. Here, you can find and download our latest product catalogue, as well as our current ranges of products and information about VeRotool. The groups of products are now easier to find, and the query process has been made simpler thanks to the provided form.

As has been the case for many years now, we will once again have a stand at the bauma in 2019. You can find us at the usual spot: Hall A6, stand 402! Here, we will be presenting our latest products and developments in cooperation with our Swedish partner: Bruzaholms Bruk (BZH).

Our cutting facility – designed by VeRotool and made a reality in cooperation with a machine construction company – was completely re-engineered in January 2019. The machine is equipped for fully automated materials handling and allows us to cut rolled sections, bolt-on edges and cutting edge steels with cross-sections of 80x10 mm to 400x50 mm with millimetre precision.

C-parts – a cost-effective alternative to the Combi Parts system. We have introduced new teeth to our range under the name of “C-parts”. These are compatible with the Combi Wear Parts system, which has been tried and tested for approx. 30 years. The interchangeable types of teeth are self-sharpening and flat in shape, guaranteeing an ideal flow of material.

On 1st January 2019, Ms. Anita Rosenbrock-Welter was appointed co-managing director of our company. Ms. Anita Rosenbrock-Welter has a degree in business management and has been an employee at VeRotool since 2007. She has had sole power of attorney since 2014 and is also responsible for the Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources and PR departments. In her new role, she will, first and foremost, continue to take responsibility for these departments.

Everyone in the industry is familiar with the problem presented by breakages in quick hitch plates. For this reason, we have been on the hunt for the optimal solution for some time now.

In 2017, we upgraded our flame cutting machine to feature a new, more efficient control system.
