1. Founding Vero GmbH

   1980

   Karl Hermann Rosenbrock founds Vero GmbH as a sales company for wear parts.

2. Founding Rotool Export-Import GmbH

   1985

   Founding of Rotool Export-Import GmbH with the aim of supplying German construction sites abroad with construction machinery wear parts. The clientele is becoming increasingly international.

3. Branch Jena

   1990

   Foundation of the branch of Rotool Technik GmbH in Jena. Expansion of sales activities in the new federal states following German reunification.

4. Co-owner Kai Rosenbrock

   1991

   Kai Rosenbrock joins both companies as co-owner.

5. Headquarters Ratingen Tiefenbroich

   1997

   Acquisition of the current company headquarters in Ratingen-Tiefenbroich and takeover of a repair workshop of the Svedala company.

6. Exclusive partner of BAZ

   1998

   Exclusive partner of BAZ for UNIZET-2000 in Germany.

7. Merger Vero GmbH und Rotool Technik GmbH

   2004

   Merger of Vero GmbH and Rotool Technik GmbH to VeRotool Technik GmbH.

8. Expansion of the company premises

   2006

   Purchase of the neighbouring property in Ratingen and expansion of the company premises to over 7,000 sqm. Inauguration of the new office building in Ratingen.

9. Plot of land in Laasdorf near Jena

   2011

   Acquisition of an approx. 5,300 sqm plot of land in Laasdorf near Jena to expand the branch.
